I’m sorry that I missed picks for the week ending August 6th, so these selections are from the past two weeks. Robyn
Enough by Evelyn. This page is a standout for me, not only for its fabulous bold colours and design, but for its message.
Venetie 1 by Patricia. This one caught my eye with the way Patricia has picked out the blue and orange in the photo with her chosen elements. This page is a case of less is more!
Leave Me Alone by HeidiH. This page from Heidi is visually appealing to me, and I also love the humour!
Say Cheese by jakrn. Personally I find pages with multiple photos very hard to do. This one from Joyce is a beauty! What a great collection of photos that tell the story of this young boy’s smile.
Out of this World by Jana_NJ. What a creative page from Jana! I like the colours and the blending.
And then… by gina. I like the dramatic contrast of the black and white with just the small orange ‘pops’.
Quote Challenge – Children by Veronika. The framing and blending of the photo is exquisite. I also like the vertical journaling strip.
No by Dady. I find this deceptively simple page very appealing! Great blending and wonderful use of a restricted palette.
It’s Your Choice Challenge by Diane’s Art. I like the slightly wistful, yesteryear feel of this page and the restrained use and placement of the elements.
Week 27 – A by TillM. This page from Lisa just pops with wonderful colour and design! Fabulous blending and great journaling and placement of that journaling.
August Doodle Magazine by Grace. This is another image that just pops right off the page with wonderful colour! I can see that much thought and work has gone into the creation of this page from Grace.
Missing You by zanthia. Knowing how much Stacey must be missing her beloved Cooper, this lovely page just melted my heart!
Your day……….. by thimbleberrie. I found this page to be very creative and quite unusual.
I Wish by Oldenmeade. I think this page is pure magic!
August Quote Challenge – Anne Geddes by vicki23. This adorable page from Vicki is the perfect way to illustrate an Anne Geddes quote!
